RNTCHDS
In 2026, a new Advisory Committee of this centre was constituted by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calcutta as Chairperson along with the Director, IDSK and other representatives from University of Calcutta and IDSK. This new committee accepted the proposal of the Director, IDSK to set up a sub-centre of RNTCHDS titled Rabindranath Tagore Centre for Climate Change and Sustainable Development (RNTCCCSD). The proposed Centre shall integrate the ongoing work at IDSK as well as in the various Departments under University of Calcutta on different dimensions of climate change and sustainability.
